Internet Explorer Is Slow or Does Not Perform Like It Should

1. Disable Plugins, Addons, or Bars one at a time to try and determin if one of these is causing the problem.
2. Reset the Internet Explorer Setting by browsing to a button under tools -> internet options -> advanced called "Reset Internet Explorer Settings".
On IE 6.0 it is the "restore defaults" button
